Wrongful Death

Dog Bite / Animal Attack
Dog and other animal attacks occur frequently in Florida and throughout the country. The most common form of
animal attack involves dog bites. Most dog bite injury victims are children, although anyone can be a victim
of a vicious dog attack. Such attacks can cause both significant physical and emotional injury, with some
even resulting in the victim's death.

Motorcyle Accidents
Motorcycle accidents almost always result in serious injuries. These injuries often require extensive

Motorcycle accidents differ from auto accidents in that motorcyclists are not required to carry PIP (personal injury protection) insurance. In fact, PIP coverage is not generally sold to motorcyclists.
